Webomates is hiring a QA Product Designer (full-time, 100% remote) to help build its AI test automation tools, blending QA testing expertise with product thinking and tool design.
The role collaborates with the TestOps team to deeply understand QA workflows and pain points, translates business and product requirements into logical, user-centric product flows using tools like Figma, Lucidchart, Canva, or PowerPoint, and works with marketing, QA, development, and leadership teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
The designer presents proposals informed by usage data and feedback loops, analyzes industry trends, competitor tools, and user behavior, and contributes to roadmap planning and product discussions.
Candidates need 3-5 years in automation testing or a related engineering role, a mindset for simplifying complex workflows and improving user experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and data analysis capabilities.
Exposure to product design or UX/UI concepts is a bonus.
