Quality Assurance Officer and Data Analyst supporting quality assurance and institutional effectiveness at Amity University Dubai.
The role prepares and maintains reports and documentation for quality processes.
It develops quality improvement plans and tracks progress against them.
Surveys are run and institutional data analysed to inform decisions.
Dashboards and reports are produced for management and for regulators.
Internal audits are supported and documentation is standardised across the function.
Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree preferred.
At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance, accreditation or institutional research is required, preferably in higher education.
Experience with CAA accreditation and strong data analysis skills in Excel and Power BI or Tableau are essential.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
