Rinse, the technology-enabled dry cleaning and laundry delivery company, is hiring a Software QA Engineer in a fully remote role. The QA Engineer helps improve the quality of Rinse's software, which serves customers, valets, vendors, and warehouse personnel. The engineer is involved in the full project lifecycle from idea through documentation and feedback, driving software quality through testing, collaboration, and documentation. Duties include creating test cases to enhance traceability and documentation standards and executing test plans across the product suite for new and existing features. The role performs exploratory testing across all parts of the system and reviews and improves system documents and plans across every phase of the software lifecycle. The engineer works closely with operations, marketing, finance, product, and customer experience teams to make sure the technology supports every part of the business. Candidates need a strong analytical mind with high ambiguity tolerance and intrinsic motivation, plus skill in managing risk during prioritization and spotting edge cases; familiarity with tools like TestRail, Qase, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
