The role drives brand growth through product planning, budget preparation, forecasting and new launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The manager maintains comprehensive product knowledge, tracks market and competitor insights, collaborates with the sales team on promotional strategies, develops product literature and tools, monitors product performance through sales and market-share data, prepares presentations and reports for management, and liaises with external stakeholders. 6 to 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience is required, including exposure to medical marketing; strong understanding of the local pharma market and hospital business models is essential.
