The Citizens Foundation is hiring a Manager Data Strategy sitting at the intersection of fundraising, data, process and technology.
The role exists to help Pakistan Development teams spend more time fundraising by giving them reliable data, actionable donor insights, simpler processes and better tools.
The manager serves as the key link between Pakistan Development and TCF's Data Analytics, Salesforce, Digital Transformation and IT teams.
Responsibilities include owning Pakistan Development's data requirements, improving data quality and building dashboards, reporting tools and donor insights.
The role extracts and analyses data from Salesforce and other sources, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and turning complex data into clear recommendations.
It maps key fundraising processes, finds bottlenecks and duplication, and redesigns workflows to make them simpler, faster and easier to follow.
The manager works with Salesforce and technical teams to improve how fundraising data is captured, stored, extracted and used, and supports testing and implementation.
It also identifies repetitive work that can be simplified or automated, applying AI and workflow automation where they create practical value.
Candidates need hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools, advanced Excel and CRM platforms, with Salesforce and SQL strongly preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business and 5-7 years of relevant experience are required.Original company posting: https://careers.tcf.org.pk/job/manager-data-strategy/
