About the Role:
NETSOL Technologies is seeking a seasoned Transformation Lead to drive agile product engineering standards, DevOps automation adoption, and organizational delivery excellence across cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide engineering squads and leadership on Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices, sprint health, and delivery metrics.
• Identify process bottlenecks and spearhead digital transformation initiatives to reduce time-to-market.
• Mentor engineering managers, product owners, and scrum masters on best practices and continuous improvement.
• Establish standardized OKRs, release management ceremonies, and post-mortem incident reviews.
Requirements:
• 8+ years in the software industry with 4+ years leading agile transformation or engineering operations.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification required.
• Strong track record transforming large enterprise software delivery organizations.
• Outstanding executive communication, workshop facilitation, and change management skills.
