Job Overview
Job Summary:
The Associate Project Manager will support the successful delivery of complex software release cycles for Tier-1 financial institutions. You will work side-by-side with senior project managers, tech leads, and client account directors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track project schedules, sprint milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables in Jira and MS Project.
• Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions with technical squads.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue logs, ensuring timely escalation when needed.
• Coordinate client release notes, user documentation, and deployment sign-offs.
Candidate Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience assisting in software project management within an IT or software services firm.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum principles.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Strong leadership drive and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
