Martin Dow Marker Limited is hiring a Senior Manager Medical Affairs (Job Code 481) at its Corporate Office in Karachi on a permanent basis. The role provides strategic leadership for Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance, ensuring scientific excellence, patient safety, regulatory adherence and ethical business practices. The manager leads medical strategy, KOL engagement, evidence generation and pharmacovigilance oversight while collaborating across functions to support business objectives. Medical Affairs duties include scientific leadership for product lifecycle management, medical education, KOL engagement, evidence generation, medical information services, and review of promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy. Team responsibilities cover leading, coaching and developing Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance staff through performance management, succession planning and capability building, plus managing budgets, projects and vendors. The role partners with Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Legal and HR teams and builds strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, regulators and professional societies. Candidates need 5-8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in Medical Affairs, with a strong KOL engagement track record and people management experience. A Pharm-D is a must-have qualification; MBA or MBBS are nice to have. Applications close October 31, 2026.
