Job Overview
Manhattan Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal seeks a Special Assistant to be part of a collaborative and energetic team.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the Borough President, Deputy Borough President, and Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day office operations and priorities.
- Support the Executive Team with scheduling, logistics, travel, and other administrative needs to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Work closely with MBPO staff to coordinate and execute office-wide priorities and initiatives.
- Prepare briefing materials and other written materials; conduct background research; coordinate meetings and events; and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and execute special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
