NETSOL Technologies is hiring a Scrum Master with 3 or more years of experience in a SaaS company to lead Agile teams from its onsite Lahore office. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, guiding teams to follow Scrum principles, removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement. The role covers facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Agile teams are coached and mentored to improve their effectiveness and maturity, and progress is tracked through metrics such as sprint velocity and burndown charts. The Scrum Master collaborates with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritisation, and works with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps and stakeholders. Adoption of Agile practices is driven across teams, helping scale best practice and supporting teams to meet their commitments with high-quality SaaS delivery. Staying current with industry trends, tools and techniques is part of keeping the team's approach effective. Applicants need at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in a SaaS-based company, a strong grasp of Scrum and Kanban, and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or Azure DevOps. Scrum or Agile certification, such as CSM, PSM or SAFe Agilist, is preferred, along with experience working with distributed teams.
