Job Overview
The Deputy Manager – Taxation will manage and oversee all taxation matters of the organization, including compliance, filings, advisory, and coordination with provincial and federal tax authorities (SRB, PRA and FBR). The role requires keeping all tax documentation organized and maintaining accurate statutory records across entities. The incumbent will supervise tax-related matters of field offices and liaise with external tax consultants where needed. Candidates should hold an ACCA/ICMA/CFA or relevant taxation qualification with 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the non-profit sector. Strong knowledge of income tax, sales tax and withholding tax regulations is required, along with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. The position is based in Karachi with compensation aligned to organizational benchmarks.
