Job Overview

The Citizens Foundation is hiring a Manager - Planning & Coordination for its HR Office to support the EVP HR by strengthening coordination, tracking priorities and ensuring follow-through on leadership decisions. Working closely with the HR Leadership team, the role translates HR priorities into structured action through documentation, communication and clear visibility on progress. Planning duties include maintaining structured workplans, trackers and action items for HR Office priorities, gathering updates from HR teams, and flagging delays or coordination gaps. The manager liaises across HR teams to align timelines and information flow, and coordinates forums, meetings and engagements including preparing agendas and pre-reads, documenting discussions and tracking actions. Communication responsibilities cover presentations, summaries and briefing materials for leadership discussions, plus consolidated stakeholder inputs and basic analysis. The role also keeps the HR engagement cadence alive and sets the operating rhythm for the HR organization itself. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 4-6 years in project coordination, program management or consulting support. Strong organization skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and clear written and verbal communication are required.
