Job Overview
The Head of Architecture and Design will lead the architectural design function for TCF's nationwide school-building program, overseeing concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. The role establishes design standards and prototyping guidelines that balance cost efficiency with durable, child-friendly learning environments. The incumbent will manage a team of architects and coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors and regional teams to ensure timely delivery. Candidates need a B.Arch degree with 10–12 years of experience, including leadership of multi-site building programs. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows is required, along with strong knowledge of local building codes and approvals. The position demands excellent project management discipline and the ability to travel to project sites. Based in Karachi at the head office.
