Associate Inhouse Counsel | Contour Software (Lahore)
Provide support in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including software license agreements, terms and conditions, service and partnership agreements.
Handle contract support for standard corporate agreements such as NDAs, marketing, intercompany and contractor agreements.
Support corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and entity formations.
Participate in acquisition due diligence, ancillary agreements and post-acquisition integration.
Liaise with outside counsel on corporate books, bylaws, resolutions and compliance filings.
Assist with data privacy, data security and trade control compliance matters.
Requirements: law degree (US/Canada/UK/European preferred) with 5-8 years of corporate/commercial legal experience in multinational environments; strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with software/IP contracting preferred; ability to work across international time zones.
