AI Engineer | Contour Software (Lahore)
Design and develop the enterprise AI platform, building generative AI systems from the ground up.
Build production-ready retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, semantic search and embeddings pipelines.
Architect LLM orchestration layers for complex multi-step workflows and agentic systems.
Integrate LLM providers into secure, observable enterprise systems with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and governance standards for responsible AI.
Partner with product leaders to prioritize high-impact AI features and mentor engineers.
Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years building applied AI/ML systems with strong recent generative AI experience; proven record shipping LLM-powered applications; deep knowledge of vector search and semantic retrieval; experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or equivalent; strong cloud-native engineering (AWS/Azure/GCP) and advanced Python.
