Job Overview
TCF seeks an Assistant Manager English Language – Teachers CPD to support the professional development of school faculty and area teams, identifying training needs and applying pedagogical frameworks to design English training materials for online and on-site delivery.
The role involves conducting training for English teachers and trainers, using engaging approaches supported by AI tools and digital platforms to strengthen teaching effectiveness and classroom practice.
Training needs are analysed to set priorities and guide plans, learning objectives, module development and teacher support activities aligned with departmental goals.
English training modules are designed and refined for in-person and online delivery, keeping objectives, activities and assessments aligned.
Presentations, facilitator guides, participant resources, assessments, audio and video materials and follow-up activities are developed for practical classroom application.
AI tools, online platforms, games and digital resources are used to build interactive training, with the accuracy and suitability of AI or externally sourced content checked before use.
Training of Trainers and teacher sessions are planned and delivered in both formats, with trainers prepared, delivery observed and constructive feedback given.
Modules, presentations, assessments and support materials are reviewed for English accuracy, instructional quality, clarity and relevance to teachers' needs.
Digital survey, assessment, observation and feedback forms are developed, data checked and analysed, and reports prepared to guide continuous improvement; a Bachelor's in English, Education or Applied Linguistics (Master's preferred) plus 3–5 years' relevant experience is required.
