10 Bricks Solutions is seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites while ensuring excellent performance, functionality, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites.
Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web pages.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues.
Implement new features and functionalities as required.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Maintain website security, backups, updates, and overall functionality.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or other content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of PHP and website databases will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of responsive web design and website performance optimization.
Familiarity with SEO-friendly development practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
