We're Hiring: Systems Engineers – L1
Computer Support Professionals is looking for Systems Engineers – Level 1 to join our growing MSP team. URGENT HIRING – onsite in Karachi. Immediate joiners will be considered.
Shift Time (AEST): 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 06:00 PM (rotating).
Note: The shift may be changed based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to business clients.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and network issues.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers.
Document incidents and resolutions.
Requirements:
1-2 years of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willing to work in rotating shifts.
