Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SKMCH&RC), Lahore, is hiring a Supervisor - NGS LAB within the Department of Pathology.
The hospital is seeking a competent and motivated professional to lead its NGS section in a high-volume, state-of-the-art laboratory environment.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and uphold quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance with international accreditation requirements.
The role also involves fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and operational excellence.
Eligibility requires a B.Sc. (Honors) in MLT or a relevant allied health discipline, along with certification in Quality Management.
An M.Phil. in the relevant discipline is an added advantage, and a valid AHPC (Allied Health Professional Council) licence is mandatory.
Candidates need a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in a JCI/CAP-accredited laboratory, plus strong administrative and technical skills.
