About the Role:
Arbisoft is seeking a Senior Product Engineer with deep Python and Django expertise to build features for global web platforms serving tens of millions of learners and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, and maintain core backend applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Optimize database queries, caching layers (Redis), and background tasks (Celery) for high concurrency.
• Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers to build cohesive, delightful user experiences.
• Champion engineering best practices, test-driven development (TDD), and modular architecture.
• Conduct rigorous peer code reviews and contribute to open-source software libraries.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of professional backend software development with Python and Django.
• Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL and MySQL, including performance tuning and migrations.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and HTTP lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React) and containerization (Docker).
