Position Overview:
The Senior Manager – Partnership Management will lead TCF's strategic partnerships with corporate donors, foundations, and institutional partners. This role is critical for securing funding and building long-term relationships that support TCF's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to secure funding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and donors
- Lead proposal development and grant applications
- Manage a team of partnership officers
- Represent TCF at conferences, events, and networking forums
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure deliverables
- Collaborate with finance team on budgeting and reporting
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, or business development
- Proven track record of securing major partnerships and funding
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the non-profit sector
