The role involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and achieving assigned hiring targets. Salary: PKR 80,000 - 100,000. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn and job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
