NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is recruiting a Healthcare Support Worker for the Rheumatology Day Ward and Outpatient Department at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. This is a full-time, permanent position of 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday shifts of 08:30-16:30 and 09:00-17:00. The post-holder ensures safe and effective care that enhances the patient experience. The role requires high professional standards of care and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The post-holder uses a broad range of knowledge and skills in the assessment, planning and implementation of care for patients. The team supports staff well-being and development, with mentorship and education from a Clinical Nurse Educator.
