Position Overview:
The General Manager – Global Growth will lead TCF's international expansion and global fundraising efforts. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow TCF's presence and impact globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global growth strategies
- Lead international fundraising and donor relations
- Build partnerships with global foundations and institutions
- Manage international chapters and volunteer networks
- Represent TCF at global forums and conferences
- Oversee global marketing and communications
- Lead a high-performing international team
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, International Development, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in non-profit or international development
- Proven track record of driving organizational growth
- Strong global network and relationship-building skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and execution abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
