Deputy Manager – Contracts Location: Karachi The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is a professionally managed, non-profit organization set up in 1995 by a group of citizens who wanted to bring about positive social change through education. 28 years later, TCF is now one of Pakistan's leading organizations in the field of formal education. Position Overview: The Deputy Manager – Contracts will be responsible for managing all contractual agreements related to procurement, services, and partnerships. This role ensures that all contracts are properly drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and executed in compliance with organizational policies.
