Role Overview:
As a Cloud Technical Specialist at Zones, you will help design, configure, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS. You will collaborate directly with enterprise clients and internal engineering squads to ensure high availability, security posture, and seamless workload performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation scripts.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes, and automated patch management.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, security group, VPN, and IAM access issues for enterprise clients.
• Conduct security posture reviews and cost optimization analyses for customer cloud tenants.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional cloud engineering or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Azure or AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Azure VMs, App Services).
• Solid understanding of Linux/Windows OS administration, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewall configurations.
• Practical scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer collaboration.
• Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Azure Administrator (AZ-104).
