This role serves as primary liaison between the company and its contract manufacturing partners (CMOs). Key responsibilities include Production Planning, requisition to purchase departments, follow shipments. Role Responsibilities - Prepare production requirements for CMOs and generate purchase requisitions (PRs). - Share purchase orders (POs) with vendors and ensure timely delivery through regular follow-ups. - Maintain complete records for manufacturing partners, including invoices and payment tracking. - Coordinate with Marketing and Distribution teams to ensure timely product availability. - Prepare KPI reports, manage stock, and develop analytical reports related to CMOs. - Source and evaluate new contract manufacturing partners based on product requirements. - Work closely with CMOs and the Marketing/Business Development teams for product development and timely launches.
